We decided to have breakfast for dinner. And, it was so good! There was enough flour left in the bag of Pamela's Baking and Pancake Mix. For 4 gluten-free pancakes. So we each had 2. My mom added pine nuts to the batter. Loved that little bit of crunch. Topped with lots of butter and maple syrup!

Holiday Dinner - December 25, 2013. We didn't really plan to have a big dinner for the holiday, but it sure turned out to be a feast. Dressing before meat, rice, millet and broth are added. Tapioca with apples (forgot to add the cream for the pictures). I should have taken the lid off of the cranberry sauce for this shot .
