Textiles in Progress and Thoughts on Creative Flow. Wednesday, December 20, 2006. Online Community Coming Soon. All of this is going to take time to build but I am hoping it's going to be really cool when it's all done and ready to go. The idea of the whole thing is to share ideas about all aspects of being a textile artist including marketing and promotion, creativity issues, and ideas on techniques. I'm aiming to have most of this up and running by the end of January on my revamped site. In A Minute Ago.

Textiles in Progress and Thoughts on Creative Flow. Tuesday, November 28, 2006. The Sun Has Come Out! The sun has come out and I feel all warm and fuzzy! I kept thinking that no-one was reading this blog and that is why I hadn't had any comments for months. I kept thinking this blog isn't that boring is it? Or maybe it is? This blog...

Textiles in Progress and Thoughts on Creative Flow. Thursday, November 09, 2006. More bits and pieces. Here is the latest bit of the folkart wallhanging. I still have a hell of a lot to do on it. I tried the yellow flowers on it and I think they work out well. I like the acid yellow and green to balance the richness of the other colours. Posted by Nicky @ 9:43 pm. Links to this post. Very nice, Nicky. I like the yellow on this quilt, good colour. Is this all hand work? What lovely colors and embroidery.
