Best suitable evening snack during rainy days. 1 cups – Gram flour (Besan/Kadalai maavu). 1/4 cup - Rice flour (arisi maavu). 2 nos – Onion (sliced lengthwise). 2 or 3 nos – Green chili (chopped finely). 1 tsp – Ginger (Minced). 1 tsp – Cumin seeds (Seeragam). 1 pinch – Carom seeds(ajwain/omam- crushed). 1 pinch – Asafoetida (perungayam/hing). Oil for deep frying.

Chana Masala Homemade or MDH. 2 pods of cardamom. Pressure cook the soaked Chole .(For coloring the chole for a nice dark color, boil tea leaves in some water,sieve it and add the water in the cooker ). Heat Oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste. Add onions to it and fry them ,then add pureed tomatoes.
