Low-key notes from our experiences while living in Asia. Saturday, March 21, 2009. My mother, Angela, came to visit us here in China just 5 months after we relocated here. We were able to time it right with her spring break and our Kid's spring break so that she could spend two weeks with us seeing the sites in the area we live, and then we could together go on a trip to see other parts of China. We leave tomorrow for a week in Xian and Beijing together. Grocery shopping, and church.

Monday, February 24, 2014. A few weeks ago, I found a piano on CL! We borrowed my neighbors truck, rented a trailer from U-Haul and strapped that baby on. Easy peasy. Well.at least for me. I didn't have to lift that baby. HA! Anyway, one day, I'm gonna refinish it and make it pretty. I just have to decide what to do before I do all the work. ;). The kids have been LOVING it!
