Home Of A Needleworker. Monday, March 2, 2015. Stopping in with a quick hello! Been so busy the past month. Hubby had surgery and is finally feeling better. So glad the continued pain is over for him. Took many months for a diagnosis , and with lots of worries we thank God it is all behind us now. I have stitched an ornament ( trying to do one a month! http://raggedystitcher.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html

Home Of A Needleworker. Wednesday, May 20, 2015. I recently celebrated a wonderful milestone in my life. I turned 50 years old! How blessed I am! What an amazing journey my life has been so far and I know God had planned everything from the beginning. I look forward to another 50 years, I am truly blessed indeed! I did blur my last name and town for safety measures. I just loved using colors of purples, greens, and yellows! I was so surprised to receive the most beautiful flowers from our wonderful Son!

Home Of A Needleworker. Saturday, January 17, 2015. I have started this year off with trying to be more organized. Taking time for my health (eating right and exercising), and taking time for my stitching too. I have a plan to stitch at least one ornament a month for our Christmas tree. I have taken a great interest in Santas, so this will be my ornament theme :). Here is my first one, small, but still a santa nonetheless. This is a freebie by Nikyscreations. So cute and primitive! I am in love with it!

Home Of A Needleworker. Saturday, March 15, 2014. Been busy working on some small pieces. I was thumbing through an old magazine of Just Cross Stitch issue May/June 1986 and came across this lovely design called "The Sewing Sampler" by Margaret and Margaret Inc. I just knew I had to stitch it when I saw a verse taken from the bible, Ecclesiastes 3:7. I stitched this piece on 32 count linen with Anchor threads. Here is the picture of Needle's Prayse to be found in this issue. Love, love, LOVE it! I did so...
